Complete Mouth Care

Dr. Wright does more than just examine and clean your teeth; he also focuses on prevention of any potential problem through a complete diagnosis of your oral health. This is another way we show you that we care about your health. We offer two screenings at Centerpoint Dental. One is our Oral Cancer Screening and the other is the Caries Susceptibility Test.

Oral Cancer Screening

Oral cancer screening is an examination performed by Dr, Wright to look for signs of cancer or precancerous conditions in your mouth.

The goal of oral cancer screening is to identify mouth cancer early, when there is a greater chance for a cure.

Oral cancer affects people across the world. More importantly, it can happen to anyone, no matter what your eating and drinking habits are. However, it's also curable if detected early.
Don't take a chance with your life. Visit Centerpoint Dental today for an early oral cancer detection.

Caries Susceptibility Test

Dental Caries, which is the scientific term for cavities, results from tooth decay and sometimes, from a bacterial infection. If an oral bacterial infection is left untreated, progressive steps of decay can occur...cavities form, which can lead to crowns, bridges, root canal treatment and may ultimately end up with tooth loss. Bacterial infections can also be passed from one person to another so it is important to be screened often. Our Caries susceptibility test helps us to assess a patient's risk for cavities and to make sure there is no oral infection.
